Parents or legal guardians providing parental consent (via our Parental Consent Form) may be asked to provide their child's name and email address in addition to information about themselves. You may choose not to provide certain information, but in doing so

you may not be able to take advantage of many of our features.

World Citizen Artists also may use your Personal Information for feedback purposes, for marketing and promotional purposes, for a statistical analysis of users' behavior, for the World Citizen Artists organisation development, for the Site content improvement, and to customize the content and layout of the Site. Names and e-mail addresses collected may be added to our databases and used for future calls mailings regarding site updates, new activities and fundraising initiatives, upcoming events and the status of orders placed online. If you no longer wish to receive promotions or other offers, please contact info@worldcitizenartists.org.

World Citizen Artists does not sell or rent your Personal Information to third-parties for marketing purposes. World Citizen Artists may share your Personal Information you provide with World Citizen Artists partners with your consent. 

IV. COLLECTION AND USE OF CHILDREN'S PERSONAL INFORMATION 

We, at World Citizen Artists, recognize a special obligation to protect personal
information obtained from young children. Therefore, with respect to children residing in certain jurisdictions, no information should be submitted nor posted to the World Citizen Artists social media channels by children 13 years of age or under. In order for children 13 years old and under in such jurisdictions to participate in social media activities that require registration, we require prior written permission or other verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. In other jurisdictions, prior written permission or other verifiable consent may be required from a parent or guardian for children under 14 or 18 years of age. Upon registration, the appropriate permission form will be made available. This form must be signed by the child's parent or guardian and returned to info@worldcitizenartists to the Privacy Policy Administrator detailed in the Parental Consent Form instructions. 

V. SAFEGUARDS 

World Citizen Artists maintains appropriate safeguards that ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the personal information we collect and store about our account holders, including children under 13. Personal information collected by World Citizen Artists is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public and that are only accessible by authorized volunteers. In addition, our online Donate section and Amazon store uses industry-standard encryption to prevent unauthorized electronic access to sensitive financial information such as your credit card number.

You should be aware that the Site may from time to time contain links to third-party web sites. World Citizen Artists is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. If you are concerned about the privacy policy of a certain third party, we recommend that you read the privacy policy of the website to which you link before you submit any personal information.
